What You’ll Need
- Raspberry Pi 1, 2 or 3
- 8GB MicroSD Card
- Latest Kodi OSMC Image
Get Your IP Address
Scroll to “System”
Get into “OpenELEC”
Scroll down to “Connection”
Write down your IP Address because we’ll need it later.
Scroll down to “About” to check your current version.
Download the Update
Go to https://osmc.tv/
Click on the “Downloads” button.
Select the latest stable build for your Raspberry Pi.
Download the update file (Usually the one on top).
Copy the Update
Open up a Windows explorer.
Copy your Raspberry Pi’s IP Address in the address box.
Open up the “Updates” folder.
Copy the file we just downloaded.
Apply the Update
Click on the Power button at the bottom of the menu.
Click on “Reboot”
Wait until it finishes the reboot sequence.
Kodi Update Finished
Congratulations, you’ve just configurated your Raspberry Pi to stream your Steam games via Moonlight and that’s it for this Instructable.
