HUGE MISTAKE?! 6 Monitor Setup… But Why?

How to set up 6 monitors? A lot of viewers have asked me about my 6 monitor setup. It usually ranges from something like “nobody needs that many monitors”, to “that’s a dumb configuration for gaming” to “that looks pretty cool” or “why did you choose to set them up that way?”

I’ve been using this setup for over 6 years now, it has worked great for me and I’ll walk you through how I have it set up, the gear I use, what I actually use it for, why I chose this particular configuration and I have a section for some things you should definitely take into account before buying anything I talk about.

I know it’s not the typical way you see monitors set up, you’d expect all six of them to be horizontal – but you’ll see why I did this in a minute.

Please note that the names of the mounts are confusing. You use the horizontal mount for vertical monitors, and the vertical mount for horizontal vertical ones.
